Is your QuickBooks telling you the truth?
Books drift. A bank feed quietly stops, a sale gets counted twice, money piles up in “Uncategorized.” You don't find out until tax time. This free check will find that stuff early, while it's still easy to fix.

The free QuickBooks health check opens in December. Join the list and I'll email you when it's ready.
We'll never ask for your password. Not by email, not on a call, not on this form. If you go ahead, you'll connect through Intuit's own sign-in screen, or just send us a few standard reports.
How it works

Fill out the form. When the check opens in December, we'll email you a simple way to share your books through Intuit's own connect screen.
We look, we don't touch
Our FeedSentry check will read your QuickBooks Online data and flag what looks off. It won't edit, delete, or post anything.
You get the short version
A one-page report in plain English: what we found, why it matters, and what to fix first. Do it yourself, or ask for help. Your call.
Fair questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no trial that turns into a bill. If you'd like ongoing help afterward, we can talk about it, but only if you bring it up.
Will you change anything in my books?
No. The check only reads your data. Nothing gets edited, recategorized, or deleted.
What do you need from me?
About ten minutes. Never your password. You'll either approve access on Intuit's own sign-in page, or export a few standard reports (like a transaction list) and send them over.
I'm not on QuickBooks Online. Can I still ask?
Sure. Tick “No” and tell us what you use. The automated check is built for QuickBooks Online, but we'll point you in a useful direction either way.
